Ps Fancy Frames Photoshop TUT SD
Posted on 02. Apr, 2009 by Che McPherson in photoshop
This is the standard definition version of the fancy frames tutorial
This is my first tutorial so all your honest feedback will be deeply appreciated and go a long way to me serving you better content.
In this Tutorial I will show you how to jazz up your images in photoshop with some fancy web 2.0 style frames.
What I didnt mention in the tutorial is you can add a bit of highlighting to your page curl for a little added emphasis.
I hope you enjoy and please comment.

I THINK YOU DID A GOOD JOB. IT WAS VERY HELPFUL.
HUGE thanks Taquita
Hey che! I love that your slapping us all with some pimpage! The tut was quick clear and well produced. Keep up the great work, I don’t know how you find the time lol!
Hey Che, this one is really nice, much respect for staying calm even if you felt a bit nervous :). I think you got the point very nice here however you missed comment about duplicating layers (while dragging them into new layer icon). It’s not a big deal but if newbie don’t know how do copy layers, it may be an issue ;).
I guess it may not be as easy as it sounds but maybe you can simply show keyboard shortcuts on the screen instead of saying mac/pc versions. I know it’s popular but got that idea which has to be shared with you ;).
And introduce yourself man! Let them know you, show some more links for people who will find your tuts outside of tutcandy.com!
besides these small things it’s really good work man!
speak soon
YO valp great to see you bro, and HUGE thanks for your words (you bought up some great comments)… hopefully we can see a tut from you on here one day
LOL @ Ed maybe if you could see the big black bags under my eyes, It may answer your question
I have always wanted to know how this effect was done. And I used round about ways of achieving this. Thanks.
Hola Che:
Good job !!! and very well done. I am a newbie, but as a “trainer” or “presenter”, specially since English is not my mother tongue, and I had to conduct training and presentations in English, certinly I do know the feeling to be “nervous”.
I am just wondering what kind of Software did you use to porduce the training video? As per the content, quite “simple” and well explained the steps required to accomplished the job.
I will keep on watching your training videos. Thanks again.
Cheers,
